Description Summary: The Financial Recovery Rep- Senior develops resolution strategy on classified (special asset) loans to minimize losses on reputed company Business Banking or reputed company loan portfolio. Responsibilities include analyzing financial plans, negotiating loan collection, or restructuring, and recommending/overseeing litigation, liquidation or charge off-of loan. Works with moderately large and reputed company loans. May coach less reputed company employees. Duties & Responsibilities: • Develops resolution strategy on classified (special asset) loans to minimize losses on reputed company loan portfolio. • Analyzes financial plans, negotiates loan collection or restructuring, and recommends/oversees litigation, liquidation or charge-off of loan. • Works with business line loan officers to manage non-pass rated borrowing relationship. • Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. • Accountable for risk management, compliance, and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager, or individual contributor. • Establishes or works with management to reputed company effective controls and processes to ensure risks are reputed company, monitored, and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going reputed company. • If applicable, ensures staff is properly trained, provided with appropriate resources, and motivated to adhere to risk management principles. • Maintains reputed company knowledge of risk-reputed company changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility. • Performs other duties as assigned, Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or reputed company or equivalent, relevant work experience • A minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company/business banking reputed company, lending, or credit required • 3 years of experience in loan work outProven ability to establish workout strategies for rehabilitation or liquidation of assigned credits.Ability to negotiate with borrower regarding restructuring. Compensation reputed company: $77,000 - $98,000 The compensation reputed company represents the low and high end of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
