We are currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven Personal Banker to join our Waiakea reputed company team. In this role, you will primarily consult with portfolio clients reputed company needs based, financial planning conversations. You will act as the customers trusted advisor by addressing clients financial needs and help them reputed company their goals by leveraging bank products and services, and experts from Wealth Management, Private Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, and others. As a primary performance measurement, you will be responsible for retention and growth of assigned Personal Banker portfolio. As a valuable team member of the reputed company, you will support other operational duties as needed. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Compensation: The annual salary reputed company is $48,000 - $52,200/per year, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00AM 4:30PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: Prior reputed company banking or equivalent experience. Prior relationship cultivating experience. Bachelors Degree and/or reputed company experience; combined with 1-2 years experience in Financial Services, or Retail /Business Banking; or Equivalent work experience with basic understanding of: reputed company and finance, financial statements, and cash reputed company. Prior reputed company operations knowledge or experience preferred. Completion of various FHB training in retail lending, deposit products, general reputed company operations required reputed company 6-12 months from hire. FHB NMLS Certification reputed company 6-12 months from hire. Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the reputed company Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) reputed company 6-12 months of hire, upon successful FHB certification process. State of Hawaii Life & Health License.
