Vice President, Client Coverage I (Strategic Account Management)

We’re seeking a Vice President, Client Coverage I to join our Asset Servicing – Core Client Services team. This role is hybrid (in office 3 days a week), based out of our Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA office. In this role, you’ll reputed company an impact in the following ways: • Oversees growth and health of client relationships by Identifying opportunities that will reputed company client business for incremental account growth, while advocating Client escalations for ultimate client satisfaction • Drives digital solutions and ensure clients have the ability for automated reporting and instruction capability • Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client challenges and reputed company account growth, while recommending product/service enhancements internally to fill underserved client interests and recommend product/services directly to the client • Conducts reputed company-ins with assigned clients, ensuring their reputed company satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services/product offerings • Continually evaluates client needs and ensure sustained client engagement • Keeps abreast of client account activity occurring throughout the firm and serve as the ultimate escalation reputed company for client satisfaction • Contributes to the development of overall AM strategies for the unit • Serves as the reputed company for compliance, regulatory, reputational reputed company between clients and the Bank • Delivers client presentations, business acceptance, internal / external meetings, product collaboration, and sale execution To be successful, we are seeking the following: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 5 - 7 years of experience in financial industry experience • Knowledge of Asset Servicing – Global Custody, Understanding of Banks, Broker/Dealer and Insurance • Ability to reputed company and communicate to a virtual service and coverage team to ensure firm-wide alignment on priorities, issues, and initiatives At reputed company, our culture speaks for itself.
