Develops a carefully balanced strategic and operational business plan including objectives , product plan, marketing and sales plan, operating policies and performance measurement systems for the Department under the general guidelines provided by the Managing Director. - Implement the strategic and operational plans effectively to ensure that Department's and Division's goals and objectives are achieved.
