What You'll Do: As a Property and Casualty Licensed Sales Representative, you will work in an inbound and outbound call environment assisting in quoting and closing the sale of auto insurance sales. You will do this by… • reputed company quotes and bind coverage for customers in a timely fashion. • Answer inbound customer inquiries on coverage limits, deductibles, etc. to customers. • Use different systems to verify the accuracy of the information received. • Assist existing customers with policy changes and other inquiries. • reputed company outbound calls to follow up on leads that have the probability to purchase policies. • Verify answers or questions with other departments, such as reputed company.
