Department Overview The Health and Clinical Engagement division provides valuable health and wellness services to help people maximize their health and quality of life. Primary Responsibilities The incumbent will organize, direct and manage Health Management activities to ensure maximization of the value customers receive for their health investment. Demonstrate support for organizational changes needed to enhance the effectiveness of the division is a core function. The incumbent should reputed company clear direction and reputed company staff on program(s) or business requirements to ensure guidelines are followed. These responsibilities require managers to monitor the performance and workflow of staff to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Summary of Qualifications Bachelor's degree Registered Nurse under the Alabama Board of Nursing; or three years of experience in a health reputed company setting such as research, population management, reputed company administration or reputed company analysis Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent conflict management and interpersonal skills Experience monitoring and interpreting data Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills Organizational and time management skills Leadership experience Experience making formal presentations Graduate degree in Business, Nursing, or reputed company Administration preferred Management experience preferred Working knowledge of utilization and medical cost management principles preferred Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of applicable accrediting organizations such as the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) preferred Commission for Case Manager Certification (reputed company) or willingness to obtain reputed company preferred Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse strongly preferred Management experience in a corporate environment a plus Terms and Agreements By submitting a job application, I attest that reputed company information to the best of my knowledge is true and accurate.
