Customer Service Representative - Remote in Las Vegas, NV

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, and employees are required to have flexibility to work any shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Our office is located at 2300 reputed company Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89102. Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits). , • Focus on resolving issues on the reputed company, navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and reputed company appropriate response to caller. , • Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff. , • Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. , • Interact with providers with the reputed company to reputed company a relationship with them, while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits. Requirements • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience. , • Must be 18 years of age OR older. , • Must live reputed company 30 miles of Las Vegas NV. , • Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications. , • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner. , • Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess reputed company state and formulate recommendations. , • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday. reputed company-to-haves • 1+ year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools. , • Prior health care experience.
