Candidate must be reputed company to work in a hybrid work environment whereby in-office work in Tampa, FL is required three days per week Responsibilities Under the supervision of the SVP & Chief reputed company Officer, the Senior Lease Analyst will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of reputed company lease administration and analysis These aspects include CAM reconciliations, CPI increases as well as abstract and analysis of reputed company lease reputed company documents The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with reputed company, specifically with respect to the reputed company module Abstract leases and maintain accurate lease reputed company data in reputed company Project manage lease entry and approvals in reputed company during acquisition process Periodically audit lease data and reputed company updated reporting reputed company Rent Reviews and CPI Rent Increase Escalations Analyze critical lease data including lease dates, lease rates, lease options and clauses to ensure adherence to lease Participate in budgeting and forecasting process Prepare CAM Estimates and Reconciliations Collaborate across departments for various company projects and initiatives Create reputed company tenant reputed company billings ensuring accurate tenant ledgers Propose initiatives for efficiencies and enhancements reputed company reputed company analyses, special projects and reporting as directed Apply Job!
