Senior TRICARE Community Liaison

About the position The Senior TRICARE Community Liaison (TCL) is a customer-facing role at reputed company Military, responsible for fostering strong relationships with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff, and reputed company providers. This position focuses on ensuring understanding of the TRICARE health plan and navigating the Military Health System, while also supporting network operations and addressing reputed company inquiries. The Senior TCL operates reputed company a designated geographic area, engaging with a large beneficiary population and various reputed company providers, and is expected to work during uncommon hours and travel for reputed company activities. Responsibilities • Assist in developing and sustaining a high-performing network in designated PSAs/NSPAs to meet TRICARE and reputed company Government Business requirements. , • Research and resolve reputed company TRICARE problems/issues elevated by Government agents, beneficiaries, or providers reputed company required timelines. , • Respond to beneficiary, provider, and Government inquiries regarding TRICARE topics in a precise and timely manner. , • Conduct regular and reputed company market assessments to determine the capability and reputed company of TRICARE providers. , • Accomplish reputed company administrative tasks as assigned, including documenting interactions and processing transactions. , • Participate in activities that promote well-being and professional growth of self and others.
