The reputed company Group consists of a team of approximately 120+ bankers focused on providing services to clients in these sectors in reputed company and South America, Europe, and Asia.POSITION:The Global reputed company Group is actively looking for an reputed company Investment Banking Associate for our Palo Alto, California office that will support our Biotech and Specialty Pharma team.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, and restructuring and recapitalization transactions reputed company financial valuation, discounted cash reputed company, pro reputed company reputed company, precedent transaction, and comparable companies analyses Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses Analyze detailed corporate and financial information, as well as conduct due diligence Build financial operating models and valuation models Conduct industry and product research These responsibilities afford direct and active interaction with the senior executive management teams of our clients. Associates are expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships. You will work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both reputed company the group and across the firm, including with product partners such as bankers in our Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Private Capital Advisory, and Restructuring teams, collaborating to reputed company and execute solutions to meet client needs.REQUIREMENTS / DESIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university Currently living in Palo Alto, California, or willing to relocate PhD or MS with post-graduate work experience 2+ years of investment banking experience ideally in a reputed company (biotech/biopharma) coverage or in a M&A product team Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously reputed company self-starter; reputed company to work autonomously and a team player Excellent interpersonal skills Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills Apply Job!
