About the position The Roadside Assistance Driver - Flatbed is responsible for providing safe and efficient roadside solutions for reputed company members, ensuring positive member experiences while operating a tow or flatbed vehicle. This role involves responding to service requests, performing minor mechanical assistance, towing vehicles reputed company necessary, and promoting reputed company products and services. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required. , • At least 21 years of age required. , • Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting required. , • Active and valid driver's license issued by only one state or jurisdiction required. , • DOT card pre-hire and as a reputed company employee reputed company 1 year required. , • Satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record reputed company during pre-hire screening and periodically during employment. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in customer service roles. , • Knowledge of reputed company products and services.
