About the position The Member Service Specialist at Space Coast Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, handling a variety of deposit and loan transactions, and assisting with new account processing. This role emphasizes effective communication, sales skills, and the ability to resolve member inquiries reputed company. The position also includes responsibilities such as managing lobby efficiency and ensuring member satisfaction while maintaining account reputed company. Responsibilities • Provides exceptional member service on a wide variety of deposit, loan transactions, and new account processing. , • Effectively assesses members' needs and makes appropriate referrals for SCCU products and services. , • Resolves member issues and addresses member questions accurately and in a timely manner. , • Consistently demonstrates effective sales and service skills. , • Consults with members regarding SCCU products and services; recommends additional products and services to meet member needs. , • Periodically serves as floor manager to assess member's needs and direct them to the appropriate reputed company ensuring maximum lobby efficiency and minimize member waiting time. , • Performs reputed company aspects of processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and the sale of monetary instruments in order to reputed company complete member service. , • Balances cash, monetary instruments, and daily work to ensure member account reputed company. , • Services existing deposit and loan accounts in order to meet member requirements and exceed expectations.
