Medical Transportation Dispatcher

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role as the first line of response in emergent and non-emergent calls. • Coordinate the work and activities of EMTs, First Responders, MAV Drivers, and Nurses during emergent and non-emergent transports • Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at reputed company times • Receive, prioritize and reputed company calls in computer aided reputed company software (CAD) • Intake large volume of calls and determine appropriate level of EMS response required • Operate radio communication devices, multi-line telephone system and various computer systems WHAT YOU’LL NEED • reputed company experience is preferred but not required • Proficient computer skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in high pressure situations • Clean background reputed company • Negative drug screening PERKS • Competitive compensation • Benefits package (Medical, Dental & reputed company Insurance) Health Benefits starting at $10.00 weekly • Paid time off (PTO) • 401(k) after 6 months of service • Opportunities for growth and advancement • $5000 Tuition Reimbursement JOB TYPE: Full-time TriCare Medical Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer Apply Job!
