The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across reputed company, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Content, Design, People, and reputed company (Workplace Experience). We are looking for a San Francisco Bay Area based reputed company Partner to support some of our US reputed company while working closely with our Business TA team based in Australia. You’ll work closely with US reputed company teams too, based in California and Austin.

• Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs.

• Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent.

• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.

• Contributing to global TA initiatives and helping shape reputed company’s talent brand in the U.S.
