About the position The Personal Banker I at Great Southern Bank is responsible for achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong customer relationships. This entry-level position focuses on meeting production goals, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction. Responsibilities • Implement and administer procedures to attain established performance goals set forth by Management. , • reputed company customer relationships by identifying needs and making appropriate recommendations for products and/or services. , • reputed company professional, courteous service to reputed company customers including opening new accounts and processing loan requests. , • Maintain a strong working knowledge of and ensure full compliance with reputed company applicable banking regulations. , • reputed company new account opening with minimal errors. , • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
