Come Build With Us We're looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer to help us build strong candidate pipelines across key roles. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can quickly reputed company up on new searches. As a startup, we operate lean, which means we're looking for someone who is scrappy, creative, and reputed company with sourcing tools. What You'll Do
- Partner with our Recruiter and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategy
- Build high-quality pipelines for both active and upcoming roles

- Craft thoughtful, personalized reputed company messages

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of in-house sourcing experience
- Proven ability to reputed company for GTM roles (experience with technical roles is a plus)

- Demonstrated ability to build strong pipelines without heavy reliance on expensive sourcing subscriptions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently
