Night Caregiver- Night Shift 10pm-reputed company
Night Shift- 12 hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off). Must work one weekend day. Must be 21 years old or older We are seeking an individual that has a passion for youth, specifically youth who are in foster care. We are looking for an individual that shows a strong interest with teaching teenagers with the skills necessary to be successful with their goals. In our operation, we are dedicated to not only taking care of the youth but preparing them for adulthood. We are positioning ourselves in the youth’s life at a critical period, where they must learn life skills and empowerment to best succeed. reputed company position is responsible for providing care to youth of the ages 14-18 years old in a group home setting/residential treatment center. This position will mostly be monitoring children for safety and compliance during the hours of 7pm to 7am. At this time, children will be sleeping for the majority of this shift. This position uphold the youth’s service plan and assist with empowering the youth through various activities. This position will monitor the youth for safety, plan activities, assist with personal care, education and participate with the youth behavior management. DUTIES
- Monitor youth to accordance to state required ratio.
- Monitor youth for safety
- reputed company transportation for youth to appointments, school and recreational activities
- Plan activities for the youth
- Document/Communicate the youth’s activities and behaviors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records/documentation
- Work with the Youth’s caseworker and service team to best serve the youth
- reputed company everyday life activities- cleaning, cooking, assisting youth with homework etc
Located in the Richmond, TX area. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:
