- Stocks and maintains supplies in reputed company service areas
- Inspects and prepares reputed company service ware prior to use
- Clears soiled plates, service ware etc. from service areas and tables to dish reputed company area, sorts appropriately
- Cleans and pre-sets tables with reputed company service ware
- Greets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beverages
- Removes unneeded reputed company settings from occupied tables
- Carries trays of food from kitchen to table
- May assist Server in presentation of meals for large parties and during periods of heavy volume
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas
- Assists in completion of post meal clean up and reputed company work duties
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk, stand stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during entire shift
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
