Medical Office Receptionist

About the position The position involves meeting the needs of staff and reputed company children at the Boys Ranch reputed company by maintaining medical records, scheduling appointments for staff and residents to be seen by a reputed company health professional, and verifying medical insurance before appointments. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the Boys Ranch Clinic, which includes assisting in data management, documentation, and correspondence. Additionally, the position requires assisting with data entry, transporting residents to on and off-reputed company appointments, and the pickup and delivery of prescriptions, medications, labs, and x-ray films as assigned by the Medical Operations Manager. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining correct insurance information in Electronic Health Records Systems and for maintaining reputed company applications.
