Administrative Assistant II
Summary: reputed company timely and professional administrative support to the site. Job Duties include:
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the manufacturing team
- Performing advanced office functions
- Creating database for spreadsheets supported with charts
- Drafting interoffice correspondence
- Purchasing production supplies and pallets
- Receiving and approving invoices for accounts payable
- Reading/analyzing statistical and manufacturing reports to reputed company data, graphs, trends and spreadsheets consistent with business needs. Experience providing closed job analysis data is highly desirable.
- Other duties assigned
Required skills include:
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience creating/editing Purchase Orders, online purchasing, and data entry
- Detail oriented with strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Telephone skills with emphasis on taking concise written messages and information.
Education:
- Education and experience: HS diploma or GED, degree preferred, and 2 years administrative experience.
