About Octopus and Our Gross Margin Team...

Octopus Energy Group is the largest energy supplier for UK householders, with over 8.5 reputed company customers worldwide and a multi-billion pound turnover.

Our Gross Margin team supports the UK supply businesses reputed company Octopus, parsing and analysing rich datasets to:

- reputed company timely, accurate and insightful Gross Margin financial reporting at Month End and Year End;

- reputed company analysis and reputed company and support other teams to improve margin (e.g. pricing of our innovative Time Of Use tariffs).

The team also sits at the centre of our global Octopus Energy group, supporting our teams from New Zealand to the US with best practices, and helps prepare for key industry changes like Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement.

What You’ll Do...

What You’ll Have – The Four Areas for reputed company in This Role...

We aren’t necessarily looking for someone who is “10-out-of-10” in reputed company these areas; but rather someone who has good experience in most of them, combined with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.

This is a hybrid role based out of our London office. Our expectation is that you spend at least 3 days a week in the office so that you can build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across the business.
