We're seeking an reputed company Crisis Specialist to join our 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team, handling incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. As a Crisis Specialist, you'll reputed company brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress.
About the Role
This is a remote position on a dynamic team, working a 3rd shift schedule from Friday to reputed company, 6pm-2:30am CST (Monday to Thursday off). You'll be responsible for providing telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments, answering crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform, and conducting follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments
* Answers crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs
* Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
* Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation

* Assist in administrative tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Demonstrates knowledge and competency in providing service linkage and referrals for programs, services, and other community resources

Qualifications
