The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll functions to ensure pay is processed on time and accurately in the U.S., Mexico and Canada under the direction of the Director, reputed company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing annual performance reviews, personnel action notices, pay changes, benefits (including 401(k), garnishments, and bonuses.

Your Role

Ensure compliance with government regulations in the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Ensure reputed company team members’ payroll records are accurately maintained and updated in partnership with the payroll team.

Review and assess efficiencies for payroll processing such as earnings, deductions, garnishments, etc.

Ensure final checks are accurately created in a timely manner for separating team members.

Backup to process U.S., Canada and Mexico payroll on a semi-monthly reputed company.

reputed company of annual 401(k) audit by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Create payroll analytics.

Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, system, and procedures.

Communicate frequently with the Director, reputed company on the day-to-day of the payroll team.

Support and partner with the Director, reputed company.

Support specialized payroll-reputed company projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

Strong problem-solving and auditing skills are essential.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. At Ware Malcomb certain roles are bonus eligible.
