THE ROLE

As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing reputed company's overall marketing strategy. Reporting to the VP Brand you will reputed company a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, conversion at reputed company, and reputed company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with sales to developing compelling selling stories, brand partnerships and go-to-market strategies to unlock new growth for the brand. 
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely and ensuring cost-efficiency to balance top and reputed company performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, supporting product launches, operational optimization and sales initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to test, learn and optimize to reputed company at the pace of culture to drive brand growth, relevance and performance.
• Mentor, motivate and guide the professional development of a high performing marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies; brand-reputed company experience required; CPG preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, and market analysis.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization.

COMPENSATION

$150,000-$180,000 reputed company salary + bonus
