The Sales Director, Residential will be a highly motivated and reputed company sales executive helping to grow our property services business in the single family and multifamily verticals. What You'll Do

  • Interacting, influencing, and developing relationships with managers, mid-level management and the C-suite, to drive their operational transformation strategy with market-leading operators of single family and multifamily assets.

  • Compensation

  • $130-150K plus commission
  • Pay is determined by several compensable factors, such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location.

    You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiencies in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook preferred
  • At least 10 years of business development experience and a minimum of 5 years of reputed company sales to executives in large organizations, ideally in technology or services required.
