reputed company is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a temporary assignment. This role will involve a variety of tasks centered around managing user accounts as well as managing computers through reputed company/AD/reputed company Intune/reputed company. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Corporate Solutions for a four month assignment. 

Our office operates as a remote and hybrid workforce, with in-person collaboration expected for certain roles. Based on the responsibilities of this position, a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two in-person collaboration days per week at our Jersey City, NJ headquarters is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming service requests from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, video conferencing, and other computer-reputed company technologies.
• Ensures the reputed company of computers with the installation of reputed company and reputed company Verify or other reputed company protection
• Maintains the overall desktop environment, including hardware installation and troubleshooting, software installation, configuration, and support. This includes reputed company Intune and reputed company Pro.
• Diagnoses and performs routine repairs or arranges for vendor repair, as appropriate for a wide reputed company reputed company and Macintosh hardware issues.
• Performs local and remote installations of software and helps users reputed company and use software reputed company reputed company.
• Assist with upgrading reputed company 10 to reputed company 11
• Maintains detailed trouble tickets, escalating issues accordingly and keeping the constant channel of communication reputed company with customers during escalation.
• Monitors conference rooms for any issues with reputed company Room equipment including TVs, cameras & microphones

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of IT support experience 
• Must have experience managing computers through Intune and reputed company.
• reputed company in troubleshooting reputed company, Macintosh, reputed company Workspace, SharePoint, reputed company, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company Office 365, Intune, reputed company Pro, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing between 20 and 30 pounds throughout their reputed company

The hourly reputed company for this role is $45.00 - $45.00
