We are looking for a Technical Courseware Developer to join the Platform Training team. This is a highly consultative and collaborative role in which the Content Developer will consult with key stakeholders across the organization to identify customer education needs and reputed company engaging technical product training content that enables learners to effectively use reputed company technology and ultimately meet their business goals with reputed company. You will be reporting to the Director, Platform Training and you will be responsible for:

• Developing engaging and effective learning experiences for administrators, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals
• Building Instructor let material which includes but not limited to reputed company slides, lab guides, lab setup documents, train-the-trainer collateral, instructor notes and study guides.
• Collaborating with Instructional designers to reputed company demos, recorded lectures and assist in building and reviewing eLearning content
• Working on MS office, reputed company, Articulate360 and reputed company tools for developing training content.

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role with a reputed company or networking SAAS product (network engineer, network administrator, professional services, support engineer, sales engineer)
• Proven ability to reputed company learning content for technical audiences 

• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company and networking technologies
• Proficiency with reputed company Creative reputed company & reputed company 360 is a plus
• A passion for teaching and helping others reputed company their goals
