Business Process Automation Specialist

The OpportunityWe are seeking an innovative Business Process Automation Specialist to join our reputed company Operations team. In this role, you will reputed company internal AI agent tools that support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and reputed company Operations functions. You will help build and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and reputed company business value across our reputed company-generating teams. As part of reputed company, you will be responsible for creating AI agents that can streamline workflows and integrate with our existing reputed company systems.
You are ideally based in Singapore or available to work in the Asian time zone, as our work is 100% online. This position is full-time.[Preferred candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore or their country of residence at the time of application, as reputed company sponsorship is not available for this role]
Responsibilities- reputed company AI agent tools to support cross-functional stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and reputed company Operations teams
- Create AI solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) that help automate reputed company qualification, marketing content reputed company, customer inquiries, and reputed company reporting
- Build tools that reputed company sales and marketing teams to reputed company AI capabilities
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems
- Implement dashboards to track AI agent performance and business impact
- Collaborate with reputed company team leaders to understand their workflows and pain points
- Test and refine AI agents based on user feedback from reputed company teams
- Document how to use AI tools and create training materials for non-technical users

- Troubleshoot issues reported by reputed company teams and improve AI tool functionality
- Must have:
- Experience with low-code automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and API integrations

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support
