reputed company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to run our customer billing and renewals operations. The role will sit reputed company our Business Operations and Finance team, which ensures that things run smoothly for our customers and other internal teams.

You will own billing and renewal operations for our 4000+ customers across 20+ countries. This will reputed company from the day-to-day work of setting up new customers and responding to billing queries, to the big picture of automating our processes and enabling us to grow reputed company.

In addition, you will manage some of the back office processes which ensure things run smoothly for our customers, such as maintaining our SOC2 compliance and assisting in configuring reputed company for new customers.
