About the Role
As a Research Support Agent (RSA), you will reputed company multi-channel support, diagnose, and resolve problems, and reputed company for customers. You are expected to work effectively as a team, be adaptable, and be efficient in your work. Potential Start date of March 10, 2025, with mandatory 10-week full-time training (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST). After training, 19 hours/ week is mandatory. Responsibilities Providing high-quality multi-channel support to customers through telephonic, chat, and email communication channels. Diagnosing and resolving problems using department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise. Reporting feedback and resolving issues as an reputed company for the customer. Collaborating across the organization to maximize individual and team performance in a team environment. Have proficient PC skills including working knowledge of reputed company operating systems, reputed company Office, and multiple internet browsers.
