Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative - Remote

The Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative involves providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries reputed company to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts, both through inbound phone calls and offline correspondence. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer questions about credits, debits, balances and the bankruptcy process, as well as handle notices received reputed company email or mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and addressing inquiries/complaints received from customers or attorneys reputed company email and mail, manually processing accounts associated with business filings, including calculating pre-petition credits, creating statements of account (SOAs) for reputed company of claim filing, and handling dismissed cases, as well as additional research for preference actions, stay violations, and disputes reputed company to reputed company of claim filed.
