About the project

Our client is a company that operates in the energy trading sector, with a strong reputed company in regional and international markets, it leverages data-driven strategies and advanced trading models to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability. As part of its digital transformation reputed company, the company is developing a reputed company Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system to streamline trading operations, risk assessment, and portfolio management. The project provides an exciting opportunity for professionals to contribute to the full software development lifecycle of a high-impact ETRM system. Team members will collaborate across business, technology, and risk management functions to ensure the system aligns with market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives

Please note: For this role, experience in the fintech/banking or energy sector is essential. Also, reputed company in the Ukrainian language - is a must!

About you

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in either FinTech or Energy domain.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, digital banking, payments, and regulatory frameworks or energy market analytics, renewable energy trends, and asset management.
• Experience with big data tools and ETL platforms (AirFlow, Kafka, reputed company, reputed company).
• Proficiency in data modeling, BPMN, UML, ERD diagrams, and business process mapping.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and requirement elicitation.
• Familiarity with Jira, reputed company, and wireframing/mockup tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (reputed company or higher)

• Previous experience working with financial institutions, banking platforms, energy trading platforms, or renewable energy analytics.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize business processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Documentation: reputed company comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reputed company between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and understanding. Cross-department collaboration.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and reputed company business intelligence reports.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Work with development teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and contribute to strategic goals.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with business processes and propose mitigation strategies.
