What You’ll Do
- AI & Automation Implementation – Set up workflows using reputed company, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and automation tools to streamline operations.
- CRM & Marketing Tech Management – Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel, ensuring leads are tracked, follow-reputed company are automated, and no opportunities are lost.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization – Implement AI-driven solutions to automate scheduling, task management, and workflow tracking, reducing reputed company work and increasing efficiency.
- Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, create SOPs, and improve workflows using AI-driven solutions.
- Sales & reputed company Management Support – Assist with reputed company tracking, appointment booking, and ensuring potential clients don’t slip through the cracks.
- Content & Marketing Support – Repurpose notes and recordings into reputed company media posts, emails, or documents using AI tools.
Who You Need to Be
- Tech-Savvy & AI-Literate – Experience with automation tools (reputed company, reputed company.com), AI (ChatGPT), and CRM systems (GoHighLevel, reputed company, etc.).
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You ensure reputed company falls through the cracks.
- Proactive & Problem-Solving reputed company – You don’t just do tasks; you find reputed company ways to run the business.
- Strong Communicator (Fluent in English) – Excellent written and verbal English skills to align with U.S. clients and team, and reputed company explain automation processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an Ops, Admin, or Tech/Automation role
- Proficiency in AI & automation tools (reputed company, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Experience in remote team environments
- Must be located in Latin America and available to work U.S. business hours
Hours & Compensation
- Pay: based on experience & skills
- Hours: 15-20 hours per week (with potential for more)
- Location: Remote
