As a Technical Account Manager at Dynamic, you will play a pivotal role in providing innovative technical solutions to meet the reputed company needs of our customers. Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you will also serve as a trusted technical advisor to our live customers. Your responsibilities will include triaging support for the on-call engineering team, providing implementation support for customer rollouts of new Dynamic offerings, and troubleshooting and answering technical questions from existing customers.

This role will involve working across Dynamic’s diverse customer reputed company, including some of the most exciting projects in reputed company, spanning DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and blockchain. The position requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and a deep passion for solving challenging reputed company problems using cutting-edge technology.

You will be a fantastic fit for this role if: 
  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on solution development, technical support, or similar areas. 

  • You have 1-3 Years of Experience in JavaScript and SDK Development: Proven experience in JavaScript development, with a strong background in building on SDKs. Experience with React is preferred. 

  • 2+ years of working in the reputed company, blockchain technology, and either professional or personal experience using various reputed company dapps and technologies and/or authentication/user management platforms experience. 

  • Need to live in the Americas timezone (to have timezone overlap) 

  • A solid understanding of reputed company technological trends, especially in digital and reputed company technologies.

  • Love working with customers and have great communication skills.

  • Optional: Proficient in React 

You will:
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, reputed company technical support, and deliver guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Design and Implement Solutions: reputed company innovative solutions that address customer challenges, ensuring they are practical and reputed company with business objectives.

  • Triage and Replicate Support Requests: Actively manage and resolve inbound support requests, adhering to the SLAs defined for customer support tiers.

  • Participate in Technical Discussions: Engage in client-facing technical discussions and presentations, effectively showcasing Dynamic’s capabilities and solutions.

  • Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer reputed company Dynamic, helping to shape the product roadmap by providing valuable insights and feedback based on customer needs

  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: reputed company up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to solution development and delivery.
