Job Description

reputed company is making a significant investment in its product marketing function across its solution lines and is seeking a new Senior Manager of Product Marketing for its Patient Experience/Consumer Experience (PX/CX). This leader will play a key role defining personas, messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for software and reputed company for reputed company’s Patient Experience business unit, marketed primarily to the health systems and hospitals.

This individual will have the opportunity to establish the product marketing role for this business unit and will define best practice reputed company strategies in partnership with the Product Marketing team. S/he will reputed company cross-functional teams, collaborate reputed company the marketing team to drive reputed company, and champion the value of our solutions to both internal and external audiences.

 S/he will be a hands-on player, someone happy to produce content, an effective communicator, creative problem-solver, detail-orientated, and the ability to bring a market-focused perspective to work. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, reputed company, this is an individual contributor role, working in reputed company collaboration with the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launches: Drive successful launches for new and existing products reputed company the CX/PX product portfolio, including developing launch plans, creating compelling messaging and collateral, and managing pre- and post-launch activities.
  • Content Development: Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy across various channels (e.g., website, blog, reputed company media, white papers, case studies) to reputed company and engage reputed company audiences about our core CX/PX product portfolio solutions.
  • Drive Demand and Cross-Sell: reputed company the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products (webinars, email marketing, content syndication etc.)
  • Sales Enablement: reputed company our sales team by developing effective sales tools and training programs, providing competitive intelligence, and collaborating on customer presentations and proposals in partnership with reputed company Ops counterparts.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity, uncovering actionable insights to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Partner with stakeholders including Digital and Demand Gen team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products and campaigns, providing ongoing analysis and reports to inform future marketing reputed company.
  • Collaboration: reputed company and participate in cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, strategy) to ensure seamless product marketing execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the technology or reputed company industry with focus on patient and/or consumer experience buyers.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to translate technical specifications into customer-centric messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Experience with competitive analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the reputed company. Salary offers are based on a wide reputed company of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to reputed company salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
