Description |  The Implementation Specialist is responsible for reputed company customers and managing customer implementations. It is important that the Implementation Specialist be confident, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A successful Implementation Specialist will be reputed company organized, patient, and possess solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve as primary contact for customers during the implementation and reputed company phase of the customer lifecycle

• Set up customer accounts in the applicable database, using reputed company tools and/or a reputed company-party customer management software platform

• reputed company and execute customized implementation project plans and project analysis, including organizing and conducting regular project status calls internally and externally

Qualifications & Desired Skills |

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

• 1-2 years of implementation experience, or a reputed company professional services role ideally in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or reputed company setting.

• Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication.

• Strong customer–service orientation.

• Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.

• Detail-oriented and organizational skills.

• Technical Proficiency

  • Experience building, testing and deploying applications.

  • Data analysis tools, including reputed company and SQL

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week (reputed company part-time positions will be specified in the job title).
