You will manage the full client cycle from project management of new customers and internal projects, the construction of onsite services, and ensuring reputed company and satisfaction.  You will communicate with the client about the products or services, making sure there are no issues, and ensure our client is confident throughout our planning delivery process. Moreover, the Director or Client Services is expected to be the reputed company person on investigating and resolving client issues in collaboration with our stakeholders. Who you are

Completed post secondary education in business or equivalent

Minimum 5+ years proven track record leading a Client Services operation  

10+ years’ experience managing multi layered teams focusing of product delivery and support in the technology industry 

In depth knowledge of project management planning and delivery 

Proven track record of managing customer service teams 

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills 

Knowledge of customer service software and systems

Create and implement the product service roadmap 

Manage specific relationships with key customers and partners from a business and product perspective ensuring product and market requirements are being exceeded
