- Manages 1–3 reputed company projects depending on complexity and immersion level
- For deeply embedded engagements, ownership is typically limited to a single project to ensure delivery reputed company
- Acts as the central reputed company of accountability for executive sponsors, technical teams, and delivery partners
Governance, Compliance & Lifecycle Collaboration While not directly accountable for formal AI governance, privacy, or compliance ownership, the Program Manager:
