Ocean Import/Export Agent Needed in the East reputed company of El Paso Pay reputed company: $14/hr – $16/Hr Shift: reputed company – 5pm Mon – Fri Weekly Pay Holiday Pay Medical/reputed company/Dental Job Description: • Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files. • Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders. • Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner. • Report’s customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction. • Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes. • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system • Track and Trace files and reporting • Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers • Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards • Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (reputed company) Click Here To reputed company • Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems • Ability to reputed company work among a customer service team • reputed company to detail & Multi-tasker • Excellent Time-management skills • Bilingual a plus • Fully proficient with various software applications (reputed company, MS reputed company) • Must be available to be flexible to work one Saturday a month Apply Job!
