Engagement Description – Responsible for design and execution of member and provider facing initiatives in support of the CMS Star Ratings program. Position may include activities such as working with vendors and developing programs and summarizing performance data to determine results. Excellent communication skills, project management, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple reputed company projects simultaneously is required. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – • Working knowledge of HEDIS and Medicare Stars. • Strong organizational skills, documentation skills, and attention to detail to reputed company and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation of reputed company project activities, issues, lessons learned, and performance reporting. • Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills. Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience.
