LANSA Programmer Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Profile: Lansa Programmer Specialist Job Description: Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support applications software delivered on time and reputed company budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with reputed company architectural standards. Responsibilities: What you will be doing Works under the general direction of middle or senior level management. Manages and mentors a team of Programmers/Analysts. Working with a team of Technical Leads, Technical Analysts, & Software Developers who will be designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications in Lansa and Visual Lansa on an end-to-end, full life cycle reputed company. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates. senior management reviews objectives to determine the reputed company of operation. Implements strategic policies reputed company selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Assist on team code reviews and reputed company feedback for improved efficiency. Produce business requirements and technical detail design documents. reputed company recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. reputed company program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications.
