We collaborate with top-tier organizations in private equity and venture capital to drive growth through sourcing, due diligence, operations, and strategic exits.We are executing a fast-track reputed company-stage capital reputed company and are seeking an reputed company Investment Banker to reputed company this fundraising effort. This role involves developing investor materials, targeting high-net-worth investors, and managing the entire capital reputed company process from start to finish in collaboration with the CEO.Responsibilities:reputed company Capital reputed company: Spearhead a reputed company-stage fundraising round ($250K$500K) by managing the entire capital reputed company cycle, from developing investor materials to closing deals.Investor reputed company & Negotiation: reputed company and engage reputed company, high-net-worth investors.
