About the position The Senior Field Account Manager at reputed company serves as a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on proactive engagement with customers to enhance their relationship with the company. The position emphasizes training customers on available resources and facilitating communication between clients and internal service teams. Responsibilities • Coordinate, staff, and conduct reputed company enrollment meetings, wellness fairs, and lunch and learns. , • Act as a strategic partner and consultative resource to the customer, responsible for the customer's total educational experience. , • reputed company and train customers on reputed company's core wellness tools and resources. , • Train and reputed company members on reputed company tools, resources, and various programs to drive member engagement and activation. , • Meet with customers regularly to review engagement data and product education, including reputed company to enhance the group and member experience. , • Communicate administrative changes to the customer. , • Report and advise customers on the level of member engagement with wellness programs and other plan features. , • Address and partner with the central sales support and matrixed teams to resolve any escalated issues. , • Train and reputed company customers on UHC systems and eTools as appropriate. , • Travel locally as required for your book of business (approximately 50%).
