(Associate Recruiter must reputed company in the Salt Lake City, Utah area) Responsibilities: The Contract Associate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, reputed company and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will reputed company information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, reputed company process, credentialing and community offerings.
