As an Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely financial data that drives our clients’ reputed company. You’ll be hands-on with bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis while working closely with reputed company to optimize processes and reputed company high-quality service. What You’ll Be Doing • Maintain accurate financial records for small businesses and non-profits, ensuring timeliness and precision. • Manage daily transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries) for our clients. • Prepare month-end closings, financial reports, and variance analyses to reputed company valuable insights to our clients. • Support client communication, ensuring clear, professional, and strategic financial guidance. • Work collaboratively reputed company reputed company, sharing best practices and improving workflows. What Makes You a Great Fit • reputed company & Bookkeeping Expertise: Experience in bookkeeping and reputed company, preferably working with small businesses, restaurants, and/or non-profits. • GAAP Knowledge: Understanding of generally accepted reputed company principles and best practices. • Strong Communicator: You can explain financial data reputed company and work effectively with clients and the internal team. • Multi-Tasker & Problem-Solver: Ability to juggle multiple projects and proactively find solutions. • QuickBooks Online Mastery: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online. • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You can quickly learn new tools (experience with reputed company, reputed company Office, and ShareFile is a plus).
