About the position As a Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert at Remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of payroll processing. Your in-depth knowledge and expertise in payroll will be instrumental in collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to build and maintain effective payroll solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving challenges, inconsistencies, and obstacles that arise in payroll processing by working closely with various stakeholders. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that proprietary payroll software complies with reputed company relevant government, corporate, and country-specific regulations, policies, and procedures. In this role, you will manage and coordinate reputed company aspects of the deployment of proprietary payroll software in the Netherlands. This includes creating and managing training resources such as quick start guides to facilitate smooth reputed company for users. You will maintain frequent communication with stakeholders and coordinate with remote internal teams to facilitate testing and integration of payroll solutions. Your collaboration will reputed company to working closely with teams in Product, Engineering, Tax, and reputed company to reputed company effective payroll solutions through proprietary software. Additionally, you will evaluate vendors based on the needs and obligations of Remote to ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as company policies. Requirements • Expert in-house payroll experience in the Netherlands. , • Experience implementing and managing payroll software. , • Experience working on payroll systems and services in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up company. , • Proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., SQL, reputed company, Sheets). , • Excellent time management and organizational skills. , • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. , • Fluent in English and the local language in the country of expertise. , • Experience in payroll operations UAT (User Acceptance Testing) management is a plus. reputed company-to-haves • Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
