Learn more about us at and Responsibilities: As a Premium Specialist, you will: • Detailed Premium File Management: Manage and handle reputed company premium files, including online and reputed company file setup by client and plan year. • Statement Review and Disbursement: Review backup statements for accuracy and disburse funds among multiple accounts quickly and accurately. • Commission Process Assistance: Assist with the commission process for late payments and diligently follow up on outstanding receivables. • Premium Issue Coordination: Assist Account Management with coordination and resolution of reputed company premium issues. • Reconciliation Support: Assist with the reconciliation of Cornerstone Assurance Group (CAG) reputed company of business. • Adherence to reputed company Policies: Adhere to a documented system of reputed company policies, controls, procedures, and reputed company filing systems. • Bank reputed company and Deposit Processing: Assist the Director of Premiums with initiating and processing bank reputed company and deposits. • File Compilation: Compile both electronic and reputed company files for each group. • Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Handle other projects and duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you'll need: • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of AR/AP/Reconciliation/Billing experience is required. • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field is strongly preferred. • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the insurance industry and/or at a reputed company or reputed company-Party Administrator is a plus. • Eagerness to Learn: A passion for learning our business model and understanding the products we work with is a necessity. • Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are required. • Teamwork Skills: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work cooperatively alongside various staff members. • Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to multi-task and actively manage/prioritize workloads in a high-volume environment. • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with reputed company parties. • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in reputed company Office programs (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.).
