What You'll Do: Claims Management: • Handle and adjust professional liability claims reputed company to nursing homes and senior living facilities, ensuring a thorough, fair, and efficient resolution process. • Conduct in-depth investigations and manage claims from initial reporting through resolution, including coverage analysis, liability assessment, and damages evaluation. • Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations to reputed company favorable reputed company.
