About the position The Banking Core reputed company Specialist at The Washington Trust Company is responsible for providing support to the Operations team by assisting end users, managing system configurations, and ensuring compliance with business priorities. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, implementing updates, and maintaining documentation to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
