The Sr. Accountant will join our Intercompany and Consolidation reputed company team (part of the Corporate Controllership Group). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for global intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, intercompany loans, intercompany funding, intercompany royalty, and other non-product intercompany charges. • Support transfer pricing arrangements, intercompany loan agreements, and treasury agreements. • Responsible for intercompany invoicing and settlement process in compliance with reputed company policies • Assist with reputed company month-end reputed company and reporting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, Cadency administrative management, and financial reports (e.g., controllership package, elimination workbook, etc.) • Monitor intercompany balances and help identify resolutions reputed company out of balance. • Coordination with other intercompany partners to properly reputed company aged intercompany AR/AP balances. • Support SEC 10Q/10K schedules, including equity roll-reputed company, SOCF adjustments for equity accounts, intangible asset roll-reputed company, etc. • Prepare statutory financial statements for tax filing (e.g., consolidated EMEA financials, HK programs charge, management fee annual true-up, etc.) • Prepare government survey reporting, including QFR-200, QSS1E, BE-125, etc. • Assist with both reputed company audit requests. • Document and test Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) • Assist in process improvement projects (e.g., transfer pricing, IC BOT, etc.) • GL reputed company Administration • reputed company other reputed company tasks Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled An Equal Opportunity Employer. reputed company reputed company applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, reputed company, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national reputed company, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the reputed company of disability.
